How to paste into Gmail:
1. Click "Copy as Rich Text" above
2. Open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General tab
3. Scroll to "Signature" section
4. Create a new signature or edit the existing one
5. Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the signature editor
6. Scroll down and click "Save Changes"
